Pineapple Spiced Pork
A really flavoursome pineapple spiced pork dinner that's ready in under 30 minutes. I usually serve the pork steaks with rice but noodles would also be good here.
TOP TIPS FOR MAKING PINEAPPLE SPICED PORK
- If you don't like it hot omit the chilli or just add half.
- Try it with turkey steaks instead.
- Make sure you reduce the sauce so it becomes really sticky and coats the back of a spoon.
