Honey and Peanut Butter Flapjacks
An easy Honey and Peanut Butter Flapjack recipe. Full of goodness and perfect for breakfasts on the go.
These sweet and moreish honey and peanut butter flapjacks are now my official weekday grab and go breakfast. I make a big batch on Sunday evening and I'm all set for the week. They are great for picnics and lunchboxes too.
Top tips for making flapjacks
If you're not overly keen on peanut butter, you can always substitute it for ordinary butter if you wanted. Alternatively, try almond or cashew butter instead.
A handful of raisins makes a nice addition too, as do chopped dried apricots. My kids favourite variation are some milk choc chips thrown into the mix!
