Honey Glazed Salmon
A super simple pan fried honey glazed salmon recipe with orange and soy sauce. Serve with rice and seasonal veggies for an easy dinner.
HONEY GLAZED SALMON
These tasty, honey glazed salmon fillets are so quick and easy to make (I timed it at 17 minutes in total) and they pack a punch in flavour too.
I served the salmon with some rice and seasonal veggies and it made a filling but healthy main meal for the family.
TOP TIPS FOR MAKING HONEY GLAZED SALMON
Swap the oranges with lemons for a zingy fresh dish.
Serve this easy glazed salmon with rice and stir fried vegetables for a healthy main meal.
You could always try the sauce with chicken fillets instead, but the chicken will need to be cooked for longer.
Scatter with freshly chopped parsley (as long as you don't have children who are not so keen on green garnishes!).

Honey Glazed Salmon

A pan fried honey glazed salmon recipe, flavoured with orange and soy sauce.
Ingredients:
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- Juice of half an Orange
- 3 TBSP Honey
- 2 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 3 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- Salt and Pepper
- Orange slices to serve
Instructions:
- Heat 1 TBSP olive oil in a shallow casserole then sear the salmon skin side down for 3 minutes, flip over and cook for a further two minutes.
- Push the salmon fillets to the side of the pan then pour in the orange juice and allow to reduce by half then stir in the honey, soy sauce and garlic cloves. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce is glossy.
- Remove from the heat then season and serve with the fresh orange slices.
